Snap the vet paper. Flok files the rest.

Photograph any document. Flok reads it, extracts the fields, and saves it under the right pet. No more folders of PDFs.

Papers you can scan

Everything a vet hands you on paper.

Six common document types. Flok recognises the shape, pulls out the fields, and files it where it belongs.

Vaccination cards

Shot names, dates, batch numbers. Pulled in seconds and filed with the pet.

Vet receipts

Treatments, tests, totals. Searchable forever.

Prescriptions

Medication, dose, schedule. Ready to log as a routine.

Lab results

Blood panels, test results. Saved with the visit, ready to share.

Insurance

Policies, claim forms. All in the pet's file, searchable by policy number.

Pet passport

The whole booklet, page by page. Travel-ready in under a minute.

How it works

From paper in hand to searchable record.

  1. Point and shoot

Any paper, any language. Flok straightens the page and crops the edges.

  2. Flok reads the page

Fields come out as structured data, ready to verify. Dates, names, dosages, batch numbers.

  3. Verify and file

Tap to confirm. Saved under the right pet, searchable, shareable, and indexed for later.

Questions about the scanner

The scanner, answered.

What languages does Flok read?
Most major Latin-script languages are supported, including English, Polish, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. Cyrillic support is coming. Accuracy is best with clearly printed documents.
Is my document sent to the cloud?
Yes. Scanned images are processed via the Google Gemini API to extract text and structured fields. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and retention.
How accurate is the extraction?
Accuracy is high on printed vet cards and clean receipts. Handwritten notes and faded documents are harder, so Flok shows you what it read, and you correct before it saves.
Can I add a document manually?
Yes. If scanning isn't working, you can type any record by hand. The Pet Records file is the same either way.
